The role is a perfect entry level role for someone who wants to transition into the world of recruitment and move into a centre of excellence within a successful people function.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To gain knowledge and understanding of the Recruitment Portal (Applicant Tracking System) and to support in the management of the system at all stages of recruitment
  • To screen candidate CV’s and applications based on defined criteria
  • Support the business with arranging Interviews / selection *pre- approval required
  • To support leaders with their recruitment needs and requirements and to advise them accordingly
  • Collaborate with the People Services Team to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for candidates
  • To directly source applicants from a number of sources
  • To provide an excellent recruitment service for all candidates to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience
  • To manage our recruitment trackers and other data sources to keep them up to date and accurate – to enable us to have a picture of all recruitment activity
  • Supports in looking for new ways to attract and recruit candidates.
  • Working under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Advisor on a daily basis, completing allocated tasks and set workload to a high standard.

Key Experience:
  • This role would be suitable for an entry level candidate
  • Experience of using Microsoft products would be preferred
  • Good computer skills
