We are seeking an energetic Product Sales Representative that enjoys speaking about automotive parts and accessories. We need someone with:

• A passion for all things automotive! The ideal candidate has a car, truck, or jeep modded out with aftermarket parts
• First-hand knowledge of automotive aftermarket accessories and performance parts
• The ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience on EVERY interaction
• Great selling skills, you enjoy talking to people, and love the challenge of “closing the deal”
• Excellent verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
• The desire to learn the business and continually improve
• A patient demeanor who enjoys working with people, and is customer-focused

On an average week you will:

• Develop expertise in the products we offer
• Use your knowledge of our products and interpersonal communication skills to help our customers find the products they need
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls, live chats, and/or e-mails from existing and prospective customers with courtesy and excitement
• Provide exceptional first point-of-contact customer service, while maintaining a professional demeanor in all dealings with customers
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals

We are looking for someone who:

• Is resourceful, and dedicated to getting the job done right
• Has the desire to learn about aftermarket auto parts and accessories
• Has excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on using a clear speaking voice and listening attentively to the customer
• If it’s not clear by now, a passion for automotive parts & accessories!
• Is a reliable, humble, and generally awesome person
• Bilingual is a BIG plus!
• This is a remote work from home position, so a stable high-speed internet connection is required. We will provide any additional equipment necessary
