Auto Store Hiring for Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job at Kennewick, WA Full Time

The successful applicant must have 5 year expertise in QuickBooks, Bachelors in accounting, Excel and other Microsoft applications, knowledge of accounting practices, office procedures. YOU WILL BE THE OFFICE MANAGER. Automotive Industry experience preferred but not necessary will train right individual. This position is responsible for shared duties for all accounts payable and receivable, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, reconciling credit card and bank statements, payroll processing, filing and maintaining accurate records and submitting monthly financial statements.

Other jobs duties will include titling and licensing, answering phone calls if needed, and other office administrative duties. The position is a shared responsibility between the current title clerk and new bookkeeper. Both individuals will be crossed trained. There is allot of work and its important for the back end administrative team to work as a team to get the necessary work completed.

Desired, but not required, qualifications include the following: Human resource knowledge/ experience.
