The Office Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the sale and upkeep of vehicles and the dealership property.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Answering phones and greeting all callers in a friendly and courteous manner

– Computer skills needed

– Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed

– Assisting with customer sales when needed

– Assisting with clerical workload when necessary

– Other functions and special projects may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Advanced computer user office programs

– Customer service experience preferred

– Valid state driver’s license

– Ability to operate an automobile

-Must be dependable & responsible

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
