Our leading charity is recruiting for a maternity cover HR Administrator to join the Talent/ HR Team on a part time basis three days per week.
Duties would include:
To process all new starter DBS applications
Support the HR team with any project based administration on employee records
First point of contact for all department enquiries
Manage the recruitment inbox
Process all new start ID and reference information
Maintain and update various charity spreadsheets
Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working within a similar setting
Strong attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting some tight deadlines
Have a personable approach to people
Worked previously with various in-house systems including Excel
