We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clerical Assistant. The position reports to the Administration Manager.


About The Role
  • This role consists of a large amount of administration, therefore requiring a very high standard of attention to detail
  • Checking of service dockets, timesheets and safety documentation as submitted
  • Data entry using an internal software system
  • Processing purchase orders for all departments and liaising with suppliers as required
  • Problem-solve and adapt to delays, breakdowns, and other operational demands
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
  • General administration duties as requested by all departments within the business

About You
  • Previous experience in administration – beneficial
  • Accurate data entry and a high level of attention to detail
  • Effective communication both written and verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • The capability to work within a team environment and autonomously
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good work ethic, well-presented, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn
