Your role
This role is available on a full-time basis on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead – Residential Communities/ Health Services, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with the Independent & Assisted Living business and people leaders to support future resource planning, recruitment requisitions and strategic sourcing initiatives that support business strategies.
Working flexibly between home and the office, you will drive the end to end recruitment delivery for our aged care and residential community activity across our Victorian sites. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will form a critical part of our aged care and residential care recruitment strategy while we continue sustained growth across our Independent and Assisted Living business.

About you
You will be a motivated 360 recruiter with experience in the Aged care/Healthcare industry. You will have a demonstrated history of developing collaborative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to take initiative on recommending and implementing improvements.
