Your opportunity
Key to our employee experience ambition is the need to maintain, administer and continuously enhance our end to end people system environment with human centred design solutions. The role needs to oversee the balance between great employee experience with scalable solutions that drive effectiveness and efficiency in our People and Culture (P&C) operational teams.
The People Systems Analyst plays an important role delivering on this ambition and is primarily responsible for maintaining and enhancing the people systems that underpin the end-to-end employee payroll process. The primary business systems covered by the role are the payroll software and time and attendance and award interpreter, UKG Dimensions. A key secondary objective is to build technical knowledge in the SuccessFactors product suite. The role will provide technical support to the P&C Systems and Applications Lead and Payroll team during the root cause analysis across the end-to-end payroll systems.
The role will also work closely with the People Systems Long Lived Team managing the backlog of work and contributing to the technology road map.
