Your opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to provide support for the processing of exit payments for Australian Unity’s Retirement Village residents and to administer the trust account for all retirement village reservations. The role will also support onsite staff at our retirement villages and aged care facilities on finance operational matters. The role reports directly to the Senior Finance Business Partner for Residential Communities and collaborates with the platform’s Legal, Sales and Commercial divisions as well as the Financial Control Team within the Finance and Strategy platform. The role will require the ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player; have a high level of computer literacy, communication, time management and organisational skills to be successful.
