Your New Role

Permanent Part Time Opportunity, working 18.75 hours / 2-3 days per week flexible – This important role supports the growing demands of the Group Audit team. This is a pivotal role that demands exceptional time management, organisational skills, confidentiality, a proactive and flexible attitude, and attention to detail.

This role will circulate information and coordinate activity to ensure team members are supported and able to operate effectively. This requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active behind the scenes coordination role.

Your New Role Looks Like This:

• Provide high level executive and administration support. Arrange external stakeholders’ meetings including internal meetings.
• Ensure communication channels are always up to date and providing relevant information to the wider team as necessary, updating via Teams & email.
• Audit Committee & Subsidiary Accounts Audit Committee upload on Board Books including preparation and update of agenda and minutes.
• Manage the key administration, including expenses, travel requirements, purchase orders, invoices contract agreement processing and approvals.
• Attend monthly Safer Me meetings, communicate & promote Health, Safety & Wellbeing to the Group Audit Team.
• Organise the end of year team event including activities and logistics within budget.
• Take ownership and individual accountability for activities and outcomes.

About You

• One to two years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Diligent Board Books, Concur, Coupa and Qualtrics
• Ability to work autonomously and within defined methodologies and timeframes.
• Well-developed and effective communication skills
