Your New Role

12 Month Fixed Term Contract – This position is responsible for business analyst activities on behalf of the Home Health Platform. The Business Analyst will participate in a range of initiatives aligned to driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the platform to fund our future growth. You will be required to support inflight and proposed projects for the platform and be accountable for all aspects of requirement specifications, writing business and functional requirements, business process mapping, documenting operational models and supporting all aspects of testing.

The scope of work requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to facilitate workshops and ensure business

requirements are met. It will require a strong analytical and conceptual thinker who understands data migrations, system integrations and business operating models. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and be able to utilise their skill set to help guide and support the business on delivering better solutions.

This role will require a person who has relevant experience working on all stages of the project development lifecycle. They will require demonstrated experience preparing and managing project artefacts such as BRDs, RTMs, business process maps, operating models and developing test cases.

• Accurately translate stakeholder information into solution requirements.
• Accurately validate that the documented requirements match the intention of the stakeholders needs.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop and implement solutions.
• Document the value chain through as-is and to-be processes and workflows to support the business with implementing and managing changes in technology.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
• Build understanding of business technology objectives and priorities
• Assess technical and business impacts of project change requests and conduct review on impact and design decisions.
• Instill confidence in partners in the problem-solving process that a selected solution is correct.
• Present the business with new solution options that have been evaluated effectively using a problem-solving framework.
• Assist the business in the selection of solutions that meet defined objectives and solve underlying problems

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or experience working in Health Care
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience in the age care sector preferred
• Planning, organisational, and time management skills
• Working knowledge of SharePoint, Wrike and other
• Enterprise Project Management systems
• Competent in use of project management software including MS project, Visio and PowerPoint
• Inspire and drive change
• Drive innovation and new ways of working
• Time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure
