Your New Role
This position is responsible for business analyst activities on behalf of the Home Health Platform. The Business Analyst will participate in a range of initiatives aligned to driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the platform to fund our future growth. You will be required to support inflight and proposed projects for the platform and be accountable for all aspects of requirement specifications, writing business and functional requirements, business process mapping, documenting operational models and supporting all aspects of testing.
The scope of work requires strong stakeholder engagement skills to facilitate workshops and ensure business
requirements are met. It will require a strong analytical and conceptual thinker who understands data migrations, system integrations and business operating models. The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and be able to utilise their skill set to help guide and support the business on delivering better solutions.
This role will require a person who has relevant experience working on all stages of the project development lifecycle. They will require demonstrated experience preparing and managing project artefacts such as BRDs, RTMs, business process maps, operating models and developing test cases.
