The position

Support the Finance Optimisation Lead to define and map key Finance processes, identifying areas for improvement in terms of both efficiency and control.

• Documentation of as-is, interim and end state to-be process accepted by Finance and Commercial stakeholders
• Actively collaborate with team members to refine, manage and communicate key processes and requirements
• Facilitate workshops as required, with key stakeholders
• Help stakeholders navigate through ambiguity and complex environments to ensure delivery of outstanding and improved process solutions.

About you

We are searching for a professional who will join us in striving to live our values of bold, warm and honest, in everything we do.

Your expertise and qualifications will include:

• Have proven experience within BA position within the finance space and understanding of the environment.
• Ability to map existing processes, review and re-engineer processes to deliver better control, quality, risk management and efficient outcomes across key Financial Control activities.
• Experience in mapping and documenting systems and processes
• Experience in finance and accounting processes
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Visio, Word
• Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal relationship building
