We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Officer to join our External Budgeting team.
As a Finance Officer in our ATO Finance business area, you will undertake moderately complex financial and accounting activities, largely governed by established guidelines and procedures. This will include providing insight, advice and decision support to a range of stakeholders to improve resource management matters.
You will contribute to the preparation of Portfolio Budget Statements, Annual Reports and other intra-government reporting.
You will analyse trends and data to identify insights, issues, risks and opportunities.
You will also develop solutions in consultation with stakeholders to influence business outcomes.
This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Canberra.
