About the role

Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Graduate CCM Developer aka Application Support Analyst in our Brand, Marketing & Communications team, you will:

• Provide level 1 and some level 2 application support for multi-channel communications built on Customer Communications Management tools like Quadient Inspire, Thunderhead, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Communicate with customers to resolve application queries, support tickets, escalating to appropriate teams for resolution when required.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise within key systems and diagnosing recurring instances.
• Perform health checks and ensuring systems are in good health on a routine basis.
• Rectify production issues in a timely manner in accordance with system SLAs.
• Participate in deployment testing activities
• Build and test transactional communication and campaign templates

This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

About you

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

• A minimum five (5) years’ experience using Customer Communications Management tools incorporating template authoring, recognition of common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, stylesets, variable data requirements and functional similarity provided by software such as GMC/Quadient Inspire, Thunderhead or OpenText Exstream.
• Java programming experience.
• Intermediate level knowledge of databases including experience updating, inserting and merging tables, writing SQL queries with multiple joins, applying indexing and using subqueries.
• Ability to analyse requirements to develop appropriate solutions.
• Tertiary level of education in Information Technology discipline.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
