Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is a not-for-profit aged care and community service provider that was established in July 2014 to operate residential care facilities and community care programs in the Northern Territory.
ARRCS provides regional care and support to people and their communities throughout the Northern Territory from Darwin to Docker River. It’s our goal to offer opportunity and choice so individuals can live life in all its fullness.
About the role
In this new created role, the Talent Acquisition Lead role provides specialist attraction methods including the implementation of a range of recruitment, marketing, and social media campaigns to strengthen the ARRCS employment brand and to drive applications as well as to identify, engage and attract specialist talent in the market by employing a range of proactive sourcing methods.
Our key aim of this position is to build internal measures as a strategic position will leverage off established sourcing models including Overseas Nurses, Pacific Australia Labour Mobility and key vacancies. This position will build a sustainable workforce through the targeted selection of people in employment, attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of specialist talent pertaining to Clinical, Service Managers, Corporate and other key roles enabling ARRCS to fulfil its care and strategic objectives.
Opportunity will be available to expand to a support position for this role based on resourcing requirements, initiatives and volume.
