Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is not-for-profit aged care and community service provider that provide services including Residential Care, Community Care, NDIS, School Nutrition and Early Learning Childhood programs in the Northern Territory. About the role
The Clinical Educators are responsible and accountable in supporting direct care staff to build the capacity of individuals to deliver safe, knowledge-based care using a variety of educational tools and development methods such as but not limited to reflective practice, practice development, critical thinking, mentor/preceptor and adult learning concepts to support improvements in clinical and care practices as directed by the Coordinator Clinical Education & Training. Ensure education is a consumer-focused learning culture that fosters clinical and care practice innovation and has a knowledge base that is contemporary and supported by evidence. Ensures a proactive care workforce team that is receptive to changing models of care and clinical practice.
