About the opportunity

Due to an exciting growth phase, we have a fixed-term opportunity working within our People & Culture division. This is an important role that will see you working in a very supportive and fun-loving Talent Acquisition and Engagement team engaging with multiple Hiring Managers across the organisation in building talent pipelines and delivering talented candidates.

This role will report to the National Manager, Talent Acquisition and Engagement and we are looking for someone special who has proven skills in sourcing talented candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, someone who truly understands and appreciates how important candidate experience is and is not afraid to get creative in order to achieve outcomes.

The team are based in Melbourne but currently working remotely and will continue with a blend of mostly working from home and occasionally working from the office.

Role requirements

• Recruitment experience, either within an internal People & Culture (Human Resource) function or external agencies
• Experience using a range of sourcing channels and methods to find talent
• Outstanding customer (candidate) service experience
• General understanding of recruitment practices and procedures
• Ability to manage time and juggle multiple (sometimes conflicting) priorities
