About the opportunity
Due to an exciting growth phase, we have a fixed-term opportunity working within our People & Culture division. This is an important role that will see you working in a very supportive and fun-loving Talent Acquisition and Engagement team engaging with multiple Hiring Managers across the organisation in building talent pipelines and delivering talented candidates.
This role will report to the National Manager, Talent Acquisition and Engagement and we are looking for someone special who has proven skills in sourcing talented candidates using a variety of sourcing channels, someone who truly understands and appreciates how important candidate experience is and is not afraid to get creative in order to achieve outcomes.
The team are based in Melbourne but currently working remotely and will continue with a blend of mostly working from home and occasionally working from the office.
