About the Role

We are currently looking for full-time experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the People team at our Camberwell Support Office on a 9-month contract covering Maternity Leave.

Reporting to the National People Engagement Advisor, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely with Team Leaders throughout the business to support them with their recruitment needs whilst ensuring we attract and identify talent.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Navigate end-to-end recruitment process using the company’s HRIS, SuccessFactors
• Provide support to Hiring Managers on their recruitment needs
• Communicate with candidates in a timely manner throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Prepare and post adverts on platforms such as Seek and LinkedIn
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, where required, to ensure recruitment requirements are met
• Conduct phone screening, background checks and schedule interviews
• Assist with employment offers and negotiations
• Prepare and send employment contracts to successful candidates
• Assist with the facilitation of monthly inductions both face to face and online
• Manage Seek and LinkedIn accounts to ensure all company needs are met
• Process employment changes in SuccessFactors and prepare documentation
• Assist with immigration requirements and compliance

About You

Your positive and happy disposition coupled with your passion for helping others achieve success will prove beneficial in this fast-paced role.

• Previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role is a must
• Previous exposure and experience with SuccessFactors will be highly regarded
• Confident self-starter with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business priorities
• Positive can-do attitude with a passion for helping others will be key
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
