As one of Sydney’s most visited museums, the Australian National Maritime Museum (ANMM) is committed to being a world leader in maritime history, sharing the national maritime story across Australia and providing a must-visit museum experience.
The Finance Business Partner is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the integrity of the Museum’s financial management information, systems and processes. The role will work alongside the museum to assist with setting budgets and KPIs, understanding its financial performance, formulating strategies to achieve business targets, and improving its ability to forecast future performance.
The role will also help to deliver effective financial management, control and advisory support through actively contributing to process review and improvement and monitoring of compliance with museum policies and procedures, accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.

Selection for this position will be made on the basis of relative merit which will be assessed against each item of the selection criteria. Psychometric tests may be used as the initial short-listing test or later in the selection process. Some tests are very short while others may take one or more hours.
