Australian Luxury Stays Hiring for Marketing and Administration Intern at Adelaide, South Australia, Australia Full Time
MARKETING & ADMINISTRATION INTERN
Tasks Includes:
- Assisting with the process of onboarding new properties (both short-term holiday accommodation and long-term property) including off-site photoshoots and videography whenever necessary
- Using creative writing skills to assist in marketing tasks for onboarding properties, including website listings description, curating content for social media for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and preparing electronic newsletters to corporate and existing database
- Updating of handbooks, website, fact sheets and templates using the branding guidelines as directed
- Assisting with any ad-hoc administrative matters
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
- Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Canva – to create social media graphics, presentations, posters, documents and other visual content
- Mailchimp or similar – to manage mailing lists and create email marketing campaigns

Working Hours & Duration:
Weekday, 9:30am to 5:00pm (as negotiated) in the office located in Rose Park, Adelaide.
Internship duration for a minimum of a 3 month period.
