Our HR team has gone from strength to strength and we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

You will be responsible for sourcing exceptional talent into our head office team, be a part of implementing our HR strategy & gain exposure to the core aspects of HR!

About the role
You will be joining a tight knit, fast paced and professional HR team who partner with a variety of internal stakeholders! Take ownership of talent acquisition for our head office vacancies and build our talent pipeline!

We want you to embed best practice in the delivery of all facets of the recruitment process as well as supporting the overall HR function.

You have a real opportunity to bring new ideas & concepts to the role & shape the future of our AHP HR division!
About you
You love recruiting and building relationships! You will be the face of our brand and have experience across multiple recruitment sourcing channels to deliver high quality talent into AHP!

You have a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and hitting targets. You are candidate focused with a dedication to providing excellent service!

Customer service is very important to us, so humility, compassion and honesty are traits we are looking for in the recruiter that joins our team.

What else can we tell you?
Working with a supportive team focused on your growth and development, your key focus will be sourcing talent for AHP as well as being a first port of call for HR related queries!

As well as ongoing opportunities for learning and development there is the opportunity for travel across Australia, monthly team incentives & annual international travel for top performers! We also finish at 3pm on Fridays and you get a paid day off on your birthday!
