Selection Criteria
The key responsibilities of the HR Manager are to:

• Assist with developing a workplace culture of high performance and values-based leadership.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive workplace for all employees.
• Embed a culture of Diversity and Inclusion throughout ACN and lead by example by championing these values within our membership and workforce.
• Support and enable the delivery of ACN’s people management responsibilities, including recruitment and termination, training and organisational development, performance management, workplace relations, reward and remuneration, retention of employees, employee satisfaction, and work health and safety.

Please note: this position is temporary full time on a 6 month maternity leave contract.
Salary $90k plus super
