Job Description
The Accounts Lead will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the day to day financial operations of ACN. Working closely with the Manager, Accounts, this role will ensure efficient all-round finance operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. The role will be crucial in identifying process improvement opportunities and help embed automation projects within the team.

Selection Criteria

• A qualification in Accounting and/or equivalent work experience.
• Previous work experience and/or exposure across Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Trust accounting and Payroll desired.
• Ability to lead amongst peers and be a change agent.
• Demonstrated high-level computer skills and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
• Proven ability and willingness to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external customers.
• Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high volume and deadline-driven environment whilst maintaining a high standard of work.
