The Community Services Group (CSG) is comprised of three programs, National Production Services, Decision Support Services and Environmental Prediction Services. These programs are configured to enable scalable, national, and resilient services to the community.
CSG’s national operations are delivered through national coordination and planning to ensure resilience. The coordination of human resources is critical during periods of peak workload, such as during concurrent or extended high impact events.
The Roster Designer will lead the design of CSG’s rosters to ensure optimal availability of the skilled professionals who support national operations.
The Roster Designer will work closely with the National Operations Coordination Team (NOCT). NOCT has these primary responsibilities:
