About The Role

In this role you will provide production assistance to assigned programs to support Arts, Music & Events in the achievement of its objectives. You will assist with booking travel arrangements, including flights, taxis, car hire and parking, accommodation, travel allowance and general amenities. In collaboration with the Production Coordinator, book locations, crews, facilities, arrange appropriate approvals and draft relevant documentation as well as assist in the day to day running of the program production unit. In addition to being the general point of contact for calls from the Public and Production Areas.

The Role Will Also Include, But Not Limited To

• Maintaining and coordinating schedules, diaries, databases, booking sheets and release forms.
• Assisting with preparation of call sheets and contribute to production manuals when required.
• Maintaining office supplies and systems and assist the team with general office requirements.
• Administering and reconciling expenses.
• Looking after talent during records.

About You

We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Assistant with either relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience in production.

You Will Have

• Proficient planning, organisational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest to learn about production resourcing, scheduling, budgets, copyright clearance, booking systems, safety requirements and their associated regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and s, up to date diaries, contact lists, schedules and information management systems.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use a range of software applications, including but not limited to; Office 365.
