About the role
A member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role is responsible for supporting delivery of TA programs and process improvement initiatives that enable our current and future workforce strategy, with a focus on standardisation, optimisation and simplification.
Partnering across P&C, this role supports the delivery of innovative, solution driven advice. The primary focus of the role is to support the execution of the recruitment systems consolidation project.
You will work on a number of inputs required for TA service model and work with TA, key stakeholders, and the project team to transform our TA technology landscape and service model. This project role is crucial to assist designing the new TA processes needed to support the new agile delivery model and system configuration.
