About the role

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager – Professional Services, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) for Customer & Commercial (C&C) will join the Professional Services team partnering with business leaders to recruit key leadership and specialist roles across our Support Office teams. The role will primarily focus on recruiting for our Customer & Commercial teams that includes roles across Customer Success, International Services, Enterprise and Business Sales and Account Management and Commercial & Governance.

The C&C teams work at pace and are looking for customer obsessed, commercial and smart candidates to deliver great service and experiences to help Australia Post grow and thrive for the long term. The TA Business Partner will play the lead role in finding, engaging and nurturing this talent while building strong relationships with C&C hiring leaders and an in depth understanding of our business, customers and products.

It’s a great time to join us in this role, as we’re just about to reveal our updated Team Value Proposition (TVP) to tell the stories of our people at Australia Post and we’re embarking on a major Enterprise Transformation to drive enhanced digital and in person experiences for our customers. We’re also rolling out new recruitment technology in 2023 which our whole TA team will play a key role in launching, so there’s plenty to sink your teeth into as a Talent professional.

What will you be doing?

• Leading, planning and manage the end to end recruitment process for specialist and leadership roles
• Promotes awareness of TA service offerings with business leaders, in particular for the recruitment of internal and external candidates.
• Assist with TA projects including the development of idea briefs, problem solving and joining project working groups
• Identify opportunities for change, innovation and improvement in the recruitment model
• Proactively engage external talent via a range of tools and approaches and cultivate strong relationships with internal candidates
• Engage, advise and partner with the C&C leadership teams and relevant HRBPs as the Talent Acquisition SME

You will have:

• Well demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner/Specialist in an Internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment agency environment
• Previous experience recruiting for Business Development, Commercial or Customer Success teams will be highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder management including strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Understanding of, knowledge and experience recruiting in corporate and/or Enterprise work environments
• A track record in proactively and innovatively sourcing talent for a range of roles
• Ability to manage increased recruitment volumes in Peak business times
• A highly positive, team focused, supportive and constructive approach
