About the role

The People Change & Process Lead is a specialist role supporting the transformational redesign of the People & Culture Operating Model. This role is responsible for taking a strategic and systemic view when diagnosing, designing, and delivering interventions to identify and address people process optimisation and managing internal BU and external enterprise stakeholders through the changing model.

What will you be doing?

• Generate and source insights from partner BUs to inform the development of people process optimisation roadmap and delivery
• Provide specialist advice in relation to the execution of change and process optimisation
• Works across the People and Culture to ensure processes are fit for purpose, streamlined and meet all legislative / regulatory requirements
• In consultation with HRBPs and core stakeholders identify significant workforce impacts (structure, role, capability, culture etc) for key business unit changes initiatives
• Coach GMs and their leadership teams to manage their people related responsibilities to grow both their own capability and the capability of their teams.
• Lead and coordinate the diagnostic, design and implementation of change management initiatives to support the embedding of the operating model/restructure reviews by working in partnership with HRBPs and business leaders

You will have:

• Significant experience diagnosing and delivering organisational development and change solutions with business leaders
• Delivered across the OD/people lifecycle, including learning, talent & succession, leadership development, organisational design, change, culture change, and performance management
• Working with the business in a consulting or advisory role
• Facilitating team sessions (e.g. team effectiveness) for small, medium and at times, large groups
• Individual and team diagnostic tools to support assessment and coaching of individuals and teams
• Strong understanding of the HR provider market – e.g. learning and leadership development
