About the opportunity
The role exists to enable and support decision making for Customer Services leadership and management team by providing data driven insights via reports, dashboards and analytics.
What you’ll deliver with us
The insights span a multitude of functions including Contact Centre Operations, Finance, CX, HR, IT, WFM, CRM, HR, Quality, etc. The strategic components of the role include working on the roadmap of reporting and information delivery to the internal stakeholders (Contact Centre) and external stakeholders (Corporate and other BUs). The operational component of the role includes reports & analytics delivery, database management and continuous process improvement.
