Australia-China Young Professionals Initiative Hiring for ACYPI Committee Member – Sydney at Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

ACYPI is the single largest young professional organisation in the Australia-China space. Through events and initiatives, we aim to promote people-to-people exchange and cultivate cross-cultural literacy among young professionals in Australia and China to help their decision-making as future leaders across sectors.

We seek to:

●     Engage our members on policy, industry, cultural and academic themes relevant to Australia and China

●     Connect our members to like-minded peers through professional networking opportunities across sectors

●     Empower our members to become future leaders between Australia and China

Positions:

Secretary

Responsibilities:

Maintaining business relationships with other organizations.Seeking opportunities on collaboration between organisations.Organizing internal administrative events.

Requirements:

Excellent team collaboration, written and oral skills.Time management and task prioritization.Great reponsibility.

Sponsor Team

Responsibilities:

Solicit and maintain sponsorship deals with industry in order to finalise a win-win collaboration.Liaise between the organisation and any sponsor companies.Keep a record of important contacts.Coordinate with events team for sponsor related events.

Requirements:

Good oral skills and email communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills.Good Team collaboration skills

Marketing Team

Responsibilities:

Working with national marketing team in charge of our chapter’s marketing campaign on organisation official website page, email, LinkedIn, Wechat and other social media.Work with the events team for events marketing to design documents and posts for social media in accordance with our brand guidelines.

Requirements:

Creative and attractive writing skills. Good communication, team collaboration skills.Having experiences on using Wechat(official account)/LinkedIn is preferred.

Events Team

Responsibilities:

Work with organsation’s event directors.Coordinate events, workshops, etc.Collaborate with sponsor team, marketing team for event marketing and finance team for reimbursement.

Requirements:

Excellent team collaboration, written and oral skills.Having some previous experiences on organising events is preferred.
