Australasian Recruitment Company Hiring for Talent Acquisition Advisor Job at London, England Full Time

This is an exciting new position for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the HR team to support the growth of the business through assistance in the delivery of our People Plan by attracting and selecting the best candidates.
The purpose of the role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for bringing exceptional talent from recruitment approval, advertising, screening, and interviewing through to offer. This role will support recruitment across all UK locations.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable recruiting at high volumes, at a fast pace, and preferably with in-house recruitment experience. We have exciting plans for expansion over the next 12 months, and this role will play a crucial part in bringing those plans to light.

• Schedule Interviews with hiring managers and candidates for in-person and or video interviews
• Proactively build talent pipelines to match shop opening schedule
• Track and own recruitment metrics
• Keep up to date with industry news and recruitment best practice
• Communicate at all stages with the applicants to establish status updates throughout the process
• Ensure that the recruitment process moves swiftly and efficiently
• Support salary benchmarking activities
• Support and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process

ESSENTIALS:

• 1 year + experience in recruitment
• Experience sourcing and screening high volumes of candidates for diverse opportunities
• Experience managing multiple deadlines
• Experience of working in and enjoying a fast-paced environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience working in Hospitality/ Retail (preferable)
• First-class coordination, communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills
