Australasian Recruitment Company Hiring for Recruitment Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

• Supporting a team of Selection and Recruitment Officers with their work with candidates throughout their application journey
• Reviewing candidate applications, contacting candidates for further information about their applications and providing support to candidates throughout each stage of the process where required
• Maintaining oversight of our busy FAQ inbox and online chat to respond to candidate queries
• Keeping candidate experience at the heart of all you do by answering queries directly and implementing flagging systems for delegating actions for others in the team
• Being a part of a team of coordinators
• Support with pre-employment checks and onboarding and compliance
• Obtaining references including any military and policing references
• Checking Degree and Tertiary education
• Vetting process which includes medical history
• Seeing out process from offer letter to final offer and confirmation
• Following up with candidates by email and phone – escalating any queries to relevant departments

THE ESSENTIALS:

• Ideally compliance, recruitment or admin experience
