Australasian Recruitment Company Hiring for HR Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

• A remote working opportunity
• Being the first point of contact for candidates applying for roles across the organisation
• Providing administrative support throughout the attraction and selection process
• Ensuring successful candidates are onboarded effectively and documentation is recorded accurately
• Managing the Careers inbox, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and escalating where appropriate.
• Liaising with Talent Acquisition Advisers and candidates to schedule and run interviews.
• Collating and storing interview documentation on our HRIS
• Supporting the onboarding of successful candidates including drafting contracts, reference collection and right to work verification
• Ensuring all HR administration is accurate and up to date
• Proving Ad Hoc administrative support to HR Operations as required

ESSENTIALS:

• You’ll have high attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• You will be self-motivated and proactive in delivering a high standard of service
• You are able to juggle and prioritise a demanding and varied workload
• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels
• You’re confident with Microsoft Office packages and are able to learn new IT systems and processes quickly
