EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The 4 Aussie Heroes Foundation is a young, relatively small, but successful and expanding charitable Foundation, aiding and supporting first responder and military personnel, past and present, who are suffering and struggling with PTSD and related mental health issues.
The Foundation is seeking an Executive Assistant, to support the Founders through the next phase of the Foundation’s development, and the soon to be appointed General Manager.
The successful applicant will work across a broad range of areas and will need to be a strong “all-rounder”. The required skills include the following:
· Full proficiency in all Microsoft products, including but not limited to Word and Excel
· Experience and knowledge of researching and mastering new software applications in an efficient manner
· Effective communication skills – written and verbal
· Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
· Previous successful experience in working closely with executive personnel
· A mindset where no task, no matter how menial, is beyond a commitment to an excellent result
Additional desired skills/experience include the following:
· event organization
· advanced excel skills to enable the collation of data and design
· research skills including the ability to locate and collate information from a variety of sources
· collation and formatting of documentation
· empathy and understanding for the demographic we exist to aid and support
A 3 or 4 day week, with potential for school hours.
Inner west suburbs of Brisbane in main, with some work-from-home a possibility.
