Responsibilities:

  • Advise financial institutions on modernizing their corporate actions workflows
  • Mandatory and voluntary specific corporate actions functions related to U.S. securities
  • Reconcile client positions with custodians
  • Monitor accrual posting and entitlements to client’s accounts

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of industry experience managing corporate actions workflows and processes
  • Significant experience managing workflow efficiency projects

Skills:

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Word
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Account reconciliation
  • Cash flow analysis
  • Regulatory reporting

Education:

  • Bachelors or Masters in relevant field

Professional Certification (is a plus):

Such as Series 63, CFA

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 – $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
