Role: Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Salary: Competitive Rem + 15% Super + 9 day fortnight

Role Overview

This role partners with Business and People Leaders to develop and deliver best practice, centrally managed recruitment services to support organisational transformation and operational sustainability.

Selection Criteria

• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large volumes of roles, ideally within a medium to large organisation with a white and blue collar workforce.
• Experience in the sourcing of senior level roles.
• Experience in the development of strategies, policies and processes for sourcing and recruitment activities to support and enable business strategy.
• Applied knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practise recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in influencing and coaching a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organisation ability to ensure successful delivery of outcomes within timeframe.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to recruitment and other systems such as Pageup, Onetest and SuccessFactors recruitment.
