We are investing in our Talent Acquisition function to support organic business growth. With this investment we will be adding two newly created roles to the TA team, Talent Advisors (Perm and Contract), leading BAU recruitment activity and supporting strategic project work.

Responsibilities

• High volume end-end recruitment across blue collar and senior white-collar roles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines and engage external Hi-Po talent in the market.
• Support and guide our Hiring Manager’s throughout the recruitment process to ensure they are providing a great candidate experience in line with our company values.
• Candidate care throughout recruitment, onboarding, and probation check-in.
• Strategic sourcing across multi-channels
• Support ad-hoc project work aimed at transforming our systems, processes, and employer branding.
• Continuous improvement planning and projects.
• Report on recruitment data and analytics, both internal and external, sharing relevant insights/trends with the business.

Success Profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in either internal and/or agency recruitment.
• Experience using the SuccessFactors ATS required.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter
• The ability to build positive relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
• High attention to detail
• Experience managing a recruitment under an EA
• A passion for innovation and best practice
