Your Role:

As our Marketing & Advertising Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s growth. Your creativity and strategic vision will shape our marketing campaigns, engage our audience, and drive our business forward. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as you monitor and on the success of your marketing efforts. 

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
• Create online and offline marketing content and manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns
• Craft compelling content and visuals.
• Analyse, track and campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to a greener, more sustainable future.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of marketing and advertising experience.
• Well-versed with Facebook, Google, LinkedIn campaigns.
• Proven success in campaign development and execution.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional writing, communication and leadership abilities.
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
