Our client is a leading private Real Estate Investment Group with development at the core of its strategy. With a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential mixed-use and Build-to-Rent (BTR) developments they have a long track record of creating city-shaping product and exceptional living spaces that redefine urban living. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Melbourne (or Sydney) to play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for our residential mixed-use and BTR properties, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.
• Lead a talented marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Create and deliver sales and marketing campaigns for national property portfolios.
• Drive consumer centricity and brand strategy across all stages while collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, sales, and design to align marketing strategies with project objectives.
• Utilise market research and data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, online and offline campaigns, and digital content to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Manage budgets effectively and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Circa 6 years of postgraduate experience in real estate marketing, with ideally a focus on BTR projects.
• Proven success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team.
• Exceptional understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content strategies.
• Experience with market research and data analysis to inform marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms.
