After achieving significant capital raising accomplishments paired with substantial transaction involvement, they are now seeking a highly motivated investment analyst to join the team.

Currently seeking an Investment Analyst to assist on executing capital raisings, joint venture formations, recapitalisations, and corporate advisory assignments. You will gain exposure to a diverse range of transactions, asset classes, and global real estate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a range of critical and analytical transactions focused on capital raising, fund structuring, recapitalisation of portfolios, M&A and value add strategies.
• Provide financial modelling (DCF), undertaking detailed due diligence of commercial properties (Office, Industrial, Retail, BTR, Hotels & Hospitals, Alternative) to provide research, pricing assessment, and analysis of acquisitions/disposal opportunities.
• Analyse, model, and interpret market research to identify investment trends and key drivers impacting the market.
• Source, collect and collate sales evidence and preparation of detailed sales analyses.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, property or related.
• 2 – 4 years’ experience in investment banking, big 4 advisory, commercial real estate or similar.
• Self-starter. Attempt a task first before asking questions.
• Highly motivated.
• Financial modelling skills.
