DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Degree Preferred for this role but will look at experience
- 1-5 years of working experience with ap/ar
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Monitor generic AP e-mail box, print out invoices received from vendors, forward other e-mails as needed
- Basic vouching of AP invoices (freight, utilities, etc..)
- Match up check/ACH weekly runs to related invoices
- Filing of AP check runs and backup
- Help with collections on small accounts
