The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Recruiter to join our talent function on a 12-month fixed term contract. We are looking for someone who can truly embed themselves with the business and source top-quality candidates.
This is an exciting role for an experienced consultant wanting to grow their career and skills at an exciting global engineering firm. You will be a key part of our team focussing on recruiting across ANZ partnering with various stakeholders based on the needs of the business.
Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:
- Provide timely end to end recruitment services to our key stakeholders with a strong focus on strategic recruitment and talent pipelining
- Engage with hiring managers to become a trusted recruitment partner, ensuring delivery of a service that is customer focused, value-adding and cost effective
- Develop engaging adverts that will attract quality candidates to our vacancies
- Champion diversity, time to fill and quality of hire across all recruitment initiatives
- Develop and implement sourcing and engagement strategies across various social media platforms
What we are looking for:
- Significant in-house, end-to-end recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting technical engineering and environmental professionals across ANZ with a strong network in this area is highly regarded
- Detailed understanding of talent pipelining, behavioural interviewing, sourcing strategies and selection tools
- The ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment coupled with strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a collaborative and delivery focused environment
- An interest in thinking outside the box and doing things unconventionally
