How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?
In this position you will be a key business partner and provide high quality project support to Project Managers to improve project management and financial tracking.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

  • Supporting the Project Managers and Commercial Manager through assistance with tasks such as, but not limited to, Contract creation & administration, Project maintenance, Project analysis, Provision of budget inputs & Monthly reporting requirements.
  • Undertake billing processing through invoice generation in consultation with Project Managers Providing reporting requirements to Project Managers
  • Support our transformation journey through consultation to project teams on systems and processes
  • Sound knowledge of Workday Financials is highly desirable, however, experience in other ERPs will also be favourable.

As well as experience in a similar Accounting role. Specifically:
  • Experience in the relevant field of expertise Relevant experience in project financial administration
  • Relevant technical or tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential
  • Sound computer skills with MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships at all stakeholder levels
