We are seeking a Digital and Social Media Manager who not only thrives in the digital realm but also grasps the complexities of both the analytics and IT services sectors. A proficiency in platforms like HubSpot is essential, as is an understanding of how analytics and IT services intersect with contemporary digital marketing strategies. As our Digital and Social Media Manager, your mission will be to ensure that every digital touchpoint is a testament to our commitment to data-driven insights and IT service excellence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy that bolsters the company’s business and sales goals
• Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate quality leads, utilizing digital channels to nurture potential clients through the sales funnel
• Content Creation & Management: Develop and create content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
• Social Media Leadership: Oversee the company’s presence on all social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and timely engagement. This includes scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers or the community.
• Paid Advertising: Design, implement, and refine paid ad campaigns across platforms, translating into tangible sales results
• SEO and SEM: Ensure content is optimized for search engines. This might involve keyword research, link-building strategies, and ensuring that content aligns with best practices for SEO.
• Email Marketing: Design, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns, often through platforms like HubSpot
• Event Promotion: Promote company events, webinars, product launches, or other significant milestones through digital channels and social media
• Analytics and ing: Analyze and on digital campaigns’ performance, deriving insights to inform sales strategies and optimize ROI
• HubSpot Mastery: Utilize HubSpot for inbound marketing, CRM functionalities, sales funnels, email campaigns, and analytics, ensuring optimal use of its features to drive sales
• Stakeholder Communication: Partner with other departments, leadership, and external agencies to guarantee integrated brand messaging and campaign efficiency
• Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field (will consider equivalent experience in lieu of a formal degree
• Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing or social media role, experience working for a technology company preferred, but not required
• Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing their ability to craft compelling brand narratives and produce engaging digital content
• Digital Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, and other advertising platforms
• Social Media Management: Experience managing and posting content on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
• Content Creation Tools: Ability to use graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva
• SEO and SEM: Understanding of basic search engine optimization and marketing techniques
• Copywriting: Ability to create engaging and effective content for both digital campaigns and social media
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret digital analytics and generate actionable insights from data
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• CMS: Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal can be beneficial
• CRM Tools: Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other customer relationship management tools
• Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or SendinBlue
• Attention to Detail: Precision is vital, especially when managing campaigns, interpreting data, or crafting messages for the public
