Augmentum, Inc Hiring for Software Developer (Remote) at Remote Full Time

Augmentum is looking for software development leadership and practitioner candidates comfortable with agile remote team leadership and development focusing on mission-critical enterprise software systems. The ideal candidate will have 3+ of experience and be comfortable with remote team management, possess excellent text chat and video communications skills, and be able to troubleshoot team productivity blockages. This role will require the ability to collaborate with and communicate status, issues, and opportunities to senior technical leadership as well as mentoring and growing individual contributor development staff. Experience designing, implementing, securing, testing, and performance tuning RESTful API’s with JSON payloads is a plus. Software coding will initially be at least 75% of this role. The position is a remote professional WAH position. A computer and reliable internet connection will be required as all work will be performed in the cloud.

A 70 minute online test screening will be required in areas such as soft skills, SQLite, Python and REST API.

Pay: $125,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
