At Audley Group, we already have a workforce of 800 people. Furthermore, with our rapid expansion plans we’ll be growing this number even further with five new villages opening in the next two years. Our HR team are at the centre of this expansion, ensuring that we attract the very highest calibre of people. We are looking to grow our in house recruitment team with an experienced Hospitality or Care Resourcer.

As a resourcer you will build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and prospective employees. You will be utilise social media, events, technology and innovative sourcing methods to create campaigns and source talent in designated locations across the UK, for key, hard to fill and high-volume care and hospitality roles.

Working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partners, line managers, and HR colleagues, the resourcer will be responsible for the delivery of candidate profiles across the Care and Hospitality business sectors, supporting the talent team in all aspects of direct sourcing and market mapping.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Develop productive relationships with the Talent Acquisition Partners, line managers, and HR colleagues to establish a strong understanding of the organisation, including its resource requirements.
• Prepare compelling job adverts for advertising roles utilising the employer brand toolkit.
• Sourcing and screening candidates for roles in hospitality and in care.
• Contacting candidates and conducting an initial screening interview for our volume roles.
• Use and maximise direct sourcing channels such as LinkedIn and other well known CV databases to deliver quality candidate profiles to the talent acquisition team
• Ensuring that potential candidates are an excellent fit / addition to the team
• Following up on successful candidates and supporting them in following the recruitment process
• Supporting our hiring teams when conducting interviews and following up on right to work checks
• Providing general administrative support to the recruitment function, such as answering inquiries and making sure that candidates always receive a professional and comprehensive experience

Skills and Experience:

We are looking for someone with a recruiting background, someone that is confident in dealing with candidates in a candidate led market.

• Recruitment experience within the hospitality or care sector, recruiting volume roles.
• Super confident and have the ability to communicate to both internal stakeholders and candidates at all levels
• Excellent telephone communication skills, have the ability to behave pro-actively and think “outside the box” when appropriate.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, recognising the need for urgency and tight deadlines, where applicable.
• Knowledge and experience of using Job Sites, Boolean searches along with knowledge of searching candidates across social media platforms.

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
