THE JOB
Provide expert advice and information to customers over the telephone, email and live chat
Assist in the resolution of customer complaints ensuring total satisfaction
Provide internal feedback regarding both customer satisfaction and potential bugs/issues with the service
MUST HAVES
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated passion for customer service
Ability to work in a team environment
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including evening hours, some weekends and holidays
Strong English
