As a member of our Client Care team, the Client Care Coordinator has a strong sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The position requires the ability to multi task with a balance of communication and administrative skills and a strong attention to detail.

Our Client Care team is fundamental to our client experience as the main point of contact for end clients, boutiques, and retailers. We handle all online and telephone inquiries for the Americas.

We work with the Service Center by receiving watches for repair and answering after-sales, spare parts and wholesale inquiries. We support our expanding boutique network by answering general product info inquiries and forwarding leads.

This position s to the Client Care Manager.

Skills preferred:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems (Excel, Word, PPT, etc…)
• Multilingual
• 3-5 years of previous Customer Service experience
