Work Days of the Role Monday and Tuesday
Hours of Work of the Role Monday 9.15am- 1.45pm & Tuesday 9.15am- 1.30pm
Description We are seeking an Additional Educator in 2022, with an ongoing Educator role in 2023 on increased hours, to assist staff with the inclusion and participation of all children in our program. They would be working collaboratively with the teacher and educator during 4yo sessions and assist with lunch time care. The successful applicant will be passionate about providing high quality education in a community kinder and be able to support the Early Childhood Teacher and Educator in providing an engaging play-based kinder experience. They will conduct themselves in a professional manner and have a sound understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning & Development Framework and the National Quality Framework. This role may suit a graduate educator seeking experience or an educator returning to the workforce.
Qualifications Certificate III minimum
Requirements WWCC
Additional Requirements CPR and Mandatory Reporting Certificate. Ability to undertake new educator role, working increased hours in 2023 desirable (Monday, Tuesday and half day Wednesday).
Industrial Agreement/Award Victorian Early Childhood Teachers and Educators Agreement 2020 (VECTEA)
